We really enjoyed our 1-night stay. Every member of the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was marvelous, nestled in a beautiful area, and it was conveniently close to a restaurant.

This hotel offers a breakfast and a swimming pool, which were both enjoyable during my Christmas stay. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions and offers easy access to transportation. The room was also well-maintained and clean.
The hotel experience was marred by some negative aspects. The first issue was that the room was small and uncomfortable, with old and lumpy mattresses. The key cards for the room were also unreliable, requiring multiple trips to the reception desk. The WiFi was also poor and the staff seemed indifferent to resolving the issue. Additionally, there were issues with accessing the rooms and the hotel did not adequately address concerns around basic necessities like working toilets.

The hotel is located near some attractions and the staff were nice enough. Most guests seem to have enjoyed their breakfasts, and the pool was also appreciated by guests. some toilets were located in inconvenient places.

We had a great stay! Best aspects were the friendly staff, clean room, and delicious breakfast. The swimming pool was a nice addition too.

The hotel had a convenient location close to public transportation, which made it easy to travel around the city. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. the staff was friendly and provided great service.
There was poor communication between the hotel and leisure facilities, which resulted in difficulties accessing some of the amenities. the lack of information provided in the room about the hotel's services and the surrounding area was disappointing.
